Municipal Service Tariffs
Fees for municipal services provided within the Kyzyl-Tuu rural area and the procedures used to calculate them.
Tariffs are applied according to the type of service, the quantity of resources used and the terms of the agreement concluded with the relevant service provider.
Drinking Water Supply
Provision of clean drinking water to residents.
- Tariffs are approved by the Drinking Water Users Association operating in each village.
- In the villages of Orto-Aziya and Talaa-Bulak, payments are calculated according to the readings of installed water meters.
Irrigation Water Fee
Water supply services for irrigating agricultural land.
- Payments for irrigation water are processed through the Suzak District Water Management Department.
- The fee is determined according to the volume of irrigation water supplied.
Household Waste Collection
Collection and removal of household solid waste.
- The tariff is charged per household.
- The service is provided to maintain sanitary cleanliness in populated areas.
Pasture Use Fees
Fees calculated according to the type and number of livestock.
- The pasture use fee is calculated according to the number of livestock placed on pasture.
Special Equipment Services
Services involving the use of municipal special equipment.
- The service recipient provides the required fuel and lubricants according to the scope of work.
- The driver’s wages are paid in accordance with the terms of the concluded agreement.
Municipal Equipment
Tractors, excavators, loaders, dump trucks and other municipal equipment.
- The service cost is determined by agreement based on the type and scope of the work performed.
- Fuel, lubricants and the driver’s wages are paid in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
