Education:
He holds a higher education degree. From 2003 to 2008, he studied Finance and Credit at the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the University of Economy and Entrepreneurship and obtained a qualification as an economist.

- 2014–2015 — Leading Specialist in the Agro-Industrial Complex and Natural Resources Sector of the Regional Development Department under the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Jalal-Abad Region;

He holds a higher education degree. From 1995 to 2000, he studied Accounting and Auditing at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Jalal-Abad State University.
