Bekzad Abdurashidovich Abdurashidov
Acting Head of the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality.
Education:
From 2004 to 2009, he studied at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jalal-Abad, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.
From 2015 to 2018, he studied Physical Education at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Information Technology of Jalal-Abad State University.
From 2018 to 2019, he attended the School of Young Politicians in Bishkek.
Professional Experience:
- 2009–2011 — boxing coach at a sports club in Suzak village;
- 2011–2013 — programmer at a tobacco fermentation plant in Kyzyl-Kiya;
- 2012–2021 — member of the Suzak Rural Council;
- 2013–2017 — boxing coach at the I. Razzakov Specialized Children and Youth Olympic Reserve Sports School in Jalal-Abad;
- 2015–2020 — assistant to a member of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2017–2018 — individual entrepreneur;
- 2018–2021 — boxing coach at the Suzak District Children and Youth Sports School;
- 2021 — Head of the Suzak Rural Municipality;
- since 2026 — Acting Head of the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality.
Niyazbek Shaidanbekovich Sadykov

Education:
higher education degree. From 2006 to 2011, he studied at the Faculty of Economics of the International University of Kyrgyzstan.

- since 1 June 2023 — Chief Specialist for Land Resources and Crop Production at the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality;
- since 20 February 2026 — Deputy Head of the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality.
Daryikat Choturovna Kalymbetova
Executive Secretary of the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality.
Education:
Higher education degree. From 2001 to 2007, she studied State and Municipal Administration at Jalal-Abad State University and obtained a qualification in management.
Professional Experience:
- 1 July 2007–24 August 2009 — Revenue Specialist at the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality;
- 1 November 2022–23 April 2026 — Leading Specialist for Social Affairs at the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality;
- currently — Executive Secretary of the Kyzyl-Tuu Rural Municipality.
